If you gain
or lose weight after liposuction, the fat cells that remain will
either get larger or smaller. If you gain weight after liposuction
you should gain it more proportionally. The fat cells that have

No, with an
uplift an incision is made around the nipple and the skin is
elevated off the breast. The whole breast is then moved by tightening
the skin. The nipple remains attached to the breast.

Where the incisions
are made depends upon how much loose skin there is present. If the
amount of loose skin is minimal the lift can be done with an incision
just around the nipple. If the there is a lot of loose skin, then
an incision will have to made around the nipple vertically down
to the crease and then along the breast crease.
