Question: If I have liposuction will I lose weight?
Answer:

Liposuction is a contouring operation and not a weight reducing operation. Your contour should be improved, however, there will not be a significant change in weight.

Question: Will the areas that are suctioned come back?
Answer:

If you gain or lose weight after liposuction, the fat cells that remain will either get larger or smaller. If you gain weight after liposuction you should gain it more proportionally. The fat cells that have been removed by liposuction should not return.

Question: If I have my brows raised do I have to have a surprised look?
Answer:

No. Elevation of the brows should be done by placing them in their natural position. This should not give you a surprised look.

Question: When the breast is uplifted is the nipple cut off and reattached?
Answer:

No, with an uplift an incision is made around the nipple and the skin is
elevated off the breast. The whole breast is then moved by tightening the skin. The nipple remains attached to the breast.

Question: Where are the incisions made when the breast is lifted.
Answer:

Where the incisions are made depends upon how much loose skin there is present. If the amount of loose skin is minimal the lift can be done with an incision just around the nipple. If the there is a lot of loose skin, then an incision will have to made around the nipple vertically down to the crease and then along the breast crease.

Question: Will I be smaller after having an uplift?
Answer:

Removing the excess skin from the breast will make the breast appear smaller.

Question: If I have the loose skin removed from my eyes will this change the shape of my eyes?
Answer:

Blepharoplasty should not change the shape of your eyes. It should only remove the excess skin.

Question: Will the dark circles still be noticeable after my eyelid surgery?
Answer:

The surgical procedure of removing the skin from the eyelids will not improve the dark circles. One would have to perform chemical peel or laser to improve the dark circles.

Question: If I have a face lift done, do I have to have my skin so tight that I look artificial?
Answer:

No, by tightening the muscles and then adapting the skin to the new position of the muscles you should have a natural, more youthful appearance to your face.

Question: After a facelift, will I have bruising, how long will it last and when can I return to work?
Answer:

You will have bruising; and, the length of time it will last is variable. Most people in a week with makeup on feel very comfortable returning to work.

Question: If I have my face lifted when can I wash my hair and start wearing makeup?
Answer:

You can wash your hair in three days, and start wearing makeup in three days.

Question: Where are the incisions made with a browlift?
Answer:

If the brow lift can be done endoscopically there are six small incisions made in the scalp. If you have a very high forehead then an incision can be made along the hair line.

Question: What type of incision is used for the breast augmentation and is the implant put under the breast or under the muscle and why?
Answer:

The incision can be made around the nipple, under the breast or under the arm. The implant is placed behind the muscle to decrease the incidence of scar contracture and of rippling.

Question: What if the saline implant deflates?
Answer:

The saline is absorbed by the body and excreted without any adverse effects. A new saline implant can be placed in the same pocket.
